A 33 year-old-female patient was admitted due to palpable left lower quadrant mass for 1 month. Two years ago, she had been diagnosed hepatocellular carcinoma, and treated with surgery, chemotherapy, and trans-arterial chemoembolizations. CT showed a well-demarcated rounded hyperattenuating mass with central necrosis in pelvic cavity. US-guided biopsy revealed metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma and mass excision was performed.
